Wedding service professionals (marriage halls, caterers, photographers, decorators, DJs, makeup artists, event organizers, etc.) are onboarded through an administrative review process:

Automated Renewal Notifications: Vendors receive dashboard and message alerts beginning 30 days prior to subscription expiry. If a vendor chooses not to renew upon plan termination, their storefront listing is automatically paused from public search results to protect consumer trust until a renewal package is activated.

Our direct agrarian vertical connects Tamil Nadu farmers directly with wedding caterers, banquet halls, and bulk purchasers without commission agents or middlemen.

Individuals operating under our organizational hierarchy (Field Agents, Area Staff, District Managers, Regional Managers, and General Managers) are governed by strict internal contractual obligations:

All subscription, registration, and advertising fees processed through The Vathuvai Events are subject to 18% Goods and Services Tax (CGST 9% + SGST 9%) under Service Accounting Code (SAC) 998365.

• Instant Digital Invoicing: Official GST Tax Invoices containing sequential invoice numbers, company GSTIN, SAC codes, buyer billing particulars, and itemized tax breakdowns are generated immediately upon successful transaction completion.
• Permanent Accessibility: Invoices remain permanently archived and available for one-click PDF download within the "Invoices" section of the Vendor and Farmer dashboards.
• Refund Policy: Due to the instantaneous provisioning of server hosting, constituency search indexing, and verification workflows, all registration entrance fees and renewal subscriptions are strictly non-refundable once an active listing has commenced.

Vendors and farmers retain ownership of their proprietary logos, trademarks, and portfolio photography uploaded to the portal. By uploading media, vendors and farmers grant The Vathuvai Events a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, optimize, and feature these assets within search catalogs and social promotional snippets.

All platform design elements, algorithms, database architectures, constituency mapping schemas, and the brand "The Vathuvai Events" are protected intellectual property of The Vathuvai Events.

The Vathuvai Events operates exclusively as a discovery and digital storefront facilitator. Under no circumstances shall the Company, its directors, employees, or field agents be liable for:

• Service failures, delays, damage, or non-performance by any third-party wedding vendor.
• Crop yield deficiencies, transit spoilage, or quality variances in agricultural produce transactions.
• Disputes arising over private payment contracts, cash advances, or cancellations arranged outside the platform.
• Temporary server downtime, force majeure events, or telecommunication network disruptions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to platform usage, the parties irrevocably agree that the courts situated in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India shall possess sole and exclusive jurisdiction.
